Structure and features
①Excellent corrosion and chemical resistance
This is a highly reliable corrosion resistant butterfly valve with a total lining of thermally stable molten PFA.
Since all components in contact with the fluid are made of PFA, it is resistant to corrosion in most chemicals.
②High shaft sealing performance
It has high sealing performance against thermal cycles and high frequency operation of open and close.
V-packing and coil springs are added to further improve the reliability of sealing performance against external leakage.
③Highly durable casing
The casing is made of stainless cast steel.
It is resistant to rust and highly durable even in outdoor installation environments.
④Penetration resistance and non-stick properties
Thick lining by high-pressure melt molding makes it highly reliable against the penetration of chemicals.
In addition, the adhesive liquid will not adhere.
