Application

This prefilter removes fine iron powder from the discharging liquid of the wire-cut electro-discharge machine (WCEDM).
Install this prefilter between a wire electric discharge machine and a pump unit.

Features

Powerful magnet prefiltrates fine iron powder from the discharging liquid and thus extends, two times, the service life of the paper filter.
The prefilter recovers other impurities as well and it attracts fine iron powder.
Consequently, paper filters can be replaced with such filters with more coarse mesh than conventional ones.
Its duplex construction facilitates the removal of fine iron powder.
