Features

The PS-102 is a diffuse reflection sensor that uses the presence or absence of reflection to extract a pulse signal for rotational speed detection, and is easy to install and adjust. It can detect white paper (60mm x 60mm), reflective tape (20mm x 20mm), and transparent objects that reflect light. Its usefulness is increased when combined with various CocoResearch digital tachometers and speed indicators and F/V converters that can measure from low speeds with one pulse per rotation. The detection distance is suitable for relatively short distances (within approximately 20cm). However, please contact us separately for detection of mirror-like surfaces.
