• Features

  The blaster control panel facilitates automatic injection based on the injection cycle and can also trigger injection via an external non-voltage contact signal. It offers automatic and manual modes, allowing easy switching between the two, and enables single-shot injections in manual mode. Users can choose from a wide array of panel series, selecting options like blaster quantity, indoor/outdoor suitability, input power (100V/200V), and preferences for automatic/manual operations. Additionally, it supports the manufacturing of specialized products tailored to specific needs.

  On-site manual type simple blaster control panel (BCM)

  BCM (equipment side (manual) type) is a simplified control panel that allows the blaster injection only with a button on site only when needed, depending on the powder blockage situation.

  Manual/automatic type blaster control panel (BCA)

  For BCA, it is possible to select manual (machine side) and automatic (remote) operations by the select switch depending on the blockage situation. The manual operation allows the blaster injection only by the operation of push button on machine side. The automatic operation can be made by setting the injection cycle of individual ON and OFF timer.

  

  1 cycle/recycle operation (model BCA)

  For model BCA, it is possible to select manual or automatic (cycle/recycle (loop)) arbitrarily by the select switch, which allows operation depending on the blockage situation.

  External operation (BCA)

  Using external contact (non-voltage contact) enables the remote operation.

  Free control is supported by built-to-order

  Various combination of blasters can be used in built-to-order. Use in explosion-proof are supported in accordance with N2 (Nitrogen) filling specification.
