This heater is used for preheating before welding and for post-welding heating to reduce residual stress and prevent hydrogen embrittlement.
High-power far-infrared radiation enables rapid heating of the welding base material.
Because it uses far-infrared radiation heating, the shape of the base material is irrelevant.
There are no restrictions on the mounting angle. It can illuminate in any direction.
The heat source uses a high-emissivity Hi-Lex heater, allowing for efficient heating of the base material. Furthermore, the metal pipe heater is robust and will not break under impact.
The heater terminals are fitted with silicone rubber molding, so they can be used outdoors.
Unlike preheating with a gas burner, this method allows for work without requiring additional manpower.
The “Magnetic Rubber Heater High Temperature Type” also has a proven track record in welding preheating.

Please use the heater with a distance of at least 10 mm between the object being heated and the heater’s irradiation surface. Failure to do so may cause the unit to overheat, leading to damage and fire.
Please ensure that the power cord does not touch the main unit during use.
Please install the product in a way that ensures sufficient strength and use it while maintaining a sufficient distance from flammable materials.
The device becomes very hot and may cause burns, so never touch the surface of the device during or immediately after use.
This product is not an electrical appliance as defined by the Electrical Appliances and Materials Safety Act, so please do not use it for purposes other than its intended use.
