Summary
BTV Series
It is primarily used for freeze protection and process temperature maintenance up to 65°C.
Depending on the system configuration of specific BTV products and accessories, it can be used as an electric heating system in Class 1 and Class 2 hazardous locations or Class 1 and Class 2 hazardous locations in Japan. It complies with JIS testing (JIS C 3651).
QTVR series
It can maintain process temperatures up to 110°C. It can also be used for freeze prevention, where heat loss is significant. The heat resistance temperature specification is 110°C for both continuous and intermittent operation. In addition to general areas exposed to acids, alkalis, and organic substances, it can be used as an electric heating system in Class 1 and Class 2 hazardous locations or Class 1 and Class 2 hazardous locations in Japan, depending on the system configuration of specific QTVR products and accessories.
It complies with JIS testing (JIS C 3651).
XTV Series
It can maintain process temperatures up to 121°C. The heat resistance specifications are 121°C for continuous operation and 250°C for intermittent operation. In addition to general areas exposed to acids, alkalis, and organic substances, it can be used as an electric heating system in Class 1 and Class 2 hazardous locations or Class 1 and Class 2 hazardous locations in Japan, depending on the system configuration of specific XTV products and accessories.
It complies with JIS testing (JIS C 3651).
