Features of KCT-Series

Special structure for direct cooling of the electromagnetic coil.

The structure minimizes precision variation. The design of the chuck suppresses temperature rise by combining a cooling liquid that passes inside the chuck with grinding liquid from the chuck’s upper surface.
This structure utilizes cooling liquid that flows inside the chuck and grinding liquid from the top surface to prevent temperature rise. By doing so, it effectively controls the chuck’s expansion due to heat, ensuring stable performance. This structure suppresses the temperature rise.

Even if a cooling liquid is passed through the inside of the chuck, the coil inside the chuck is designed to prevent failure due to our unique design.
