Application

Users employ electromagnetic lifting magnets as a crane and hoist lifting section to transport steel in warehouses or machining shops and to mount and dismount workpieces onto and from machine tools.

You can electrically control Lift and Release through remote operation.
Small but strong electromagnetic power.
A wide range of applications; transporting small workpieces with a single unit to transporting large steel plates with multiple units controlled together, attached to lifting beams.
Using a non-interruption power supply ensures safety in the event of unexpected power failure.
The applicable rectifiers are KR or RH-MW.
A drip-proof type is also available.

Maximum allowable number of small electromagnetic Lifmas LMU and waterproof electromagnetic Lifmas LMU-UW for Rectifier KR・RH

• A value that is half of the maximum holding power indicates the lifting capacity.
• For continuous operation, use the Lifma at 110 VDC or below. Note that when the thickness of steel plates to lift is 20 mm, the listed lifting capacity drops by approx. 20%.
• The height of lifting part is up to the top end of the inside diameter of the eyebolt.
• Including Cable 2 m.
• For workpieces having poor attractive conditions such as scraps and waste materials, use LM-EC2.
