The 120 ton and 150 ton types both have handles. The bearing load is 6 times or more greater than the working load.
The proof test is conducted by applying a load similar to the single-point concentration method according to JIS standards, with a load twice the use load.
Shackle models 209 and 2130 were redesigned in size based on models 109 and 1130, to withstand loads twice the load used in load proof testing. This is a new product added to the product line.
Models 109 and 1130 will be made to order while stocks last.
