What is Entrance Packing?

It is a water-stopping rubber used for shielding and propulsion work. We sell about 20,000 pieces of entrance packing per year.
The first propulsion work in Japan was carried out in 1948, and our entrance packing has walked the same history as the history of propulsion work. Please try the best of this technology.

Production flow

Let’s take an example of the production of oval-shaped packing with an outer diameter of 2 m or more.
* The product manufacturing process varies depending on the shape and dimensions of the packing.

(1) CAD drawing

We will check the drawings and CAD data received from the customer.

(2) Creation of a template

Send the data in (1) to the plotter and create a template.

(3) Manufacture of fan-shaped packing

Vulcanize the packing in a mold with approximate dimensions.

(4) Joints

We will process the fan-shaped packing produced in (3) to join it. After that, the fan-shaped packing is integrated with a vulcanized joint. (Small caliber is integrated)

(5) Processing (cutting, etc., final finishing)

Match the template in (2) to the packing jointed in (4) and cut it. It will be the same as the packing drawn in (1).
