O₃ Gas generators
The ozone gas generator produces ozone gas by extracting concentrated oxygen gas from the air and processing the gas in the silent discharge type ozonizer.
By using concentrated oxygen gas as a raw material with the PSA method, our product has largely suppressed generation of poisonous NOx gas.
Mini-CUBE Series(MOZHS/MOZLS)
MOZS is an ozone gas generator.
This can generate ozone gas using oxygen generated by a built-in oxygen gas generator as a raw material.
