This solenoid valve offers reliable control for air cylinders with bore sizes ranging from φ32 [1.260 in.] to φ80 [3.150 in.]. It features a standard direct acting design with a refined inner construction, ensuring versatility, excellent reliability, and durability. As a result, it responds with ease of use, flexibility, and consistent performance, making it ideal for various applications.

The valve employs a pressure-balanced poppet mechanism to balance the supply pressure at the valve seat. Consequently, it achieves low power consumption, which optimizes performance, especially for high-cycle applications. Moreover, the valve remains compact while handling large flows efficiently.

An overspring mechanism is incorporated to prevent excessive force from being applied to the seal. This feature demonstrates excellent durability and longevity. Additionally, the single solenoid 2-, 3-, and 5-port valves ensure assured operation even under low pressure. These valves also provide multiple performance capabilities, such as low-pressure specification actuator operation, selector valves, and divider valve functionality.

Furthermore, the flywheel diode is standard equipment for the AC solenoid and optional for the DC24V version. This eliminates solenoid burning and humming, ensuring smooth operation.
