As for the shake, loose one is excellent in the impact relaxation.
*The drip of net(S) = S≤0.2X(L+2A)/3
*The space under net(K) = K≥0.85X(L+3A)/4
But it should be ASL or A=L

About the support point Lifting four points is looser than the time of lifting eight points impacts.
