At the construction site, the combination of the splice and the beam becomes safer, making the installation work easier and significantly improving work efficiency. The installation involves welding, which is safe and simple. If the weight of the splice is large, please use three or more pieces.

Installation Method (Attention)

1. Temporarily fix the splice plate with temporary bolts.
2. Please check the deviation in both horizontal and vertical directions.
3. Weld one side of the temporarily fixed splice plate to the beam, and weld the other splice plate to the opposite side.
4. After welding, check for deviations under the following conditions:
   • Ensure the weld thickness is sufficient.
   • If the weight of the splice exceeds the standard, please use the necessary number of pieces accordingly. The standard is 25 kg per piece.
5. After completing the welding, remove the temporary bolts and check to ensure the splice plate is not misaligned. When moving to the construction site, re-fix with temporary bolts to recheck.

Specifications

※ When installing, if placed in an up-and-down direction, there is a risk of slipping out. Please ensure that the upper and lower parts of the 2-piece set are placed in opposite directions.
