Feature

The large body size allows for a wide range of usable flow rates, ensuring stable operation even at high flow rates.
The diaphragm is covered with PTFE to reduce leakage when used with hydrogen or helium.
Models with a valve use a needle valve, which provides excellent precision in flow control.
The push-in display feature allows for external confirmation of the valve’s open/closed status, ensuring safety.
The outlet shape has been standardized to Rc1/4, making it easier to select fittings suitable for the application.
