Equipped with an internal filter to reduce internal leakage. - Stable supply of low-flow rates is possible thanks to a two-stage pressure reduction structure.
- Supply pressure remains constant even when the cylinder pressure changes due to very small pressure fluctuation characteristics.

※2: If frequent opening and closing is repeated at a high frequency due to solenoid valves or similar devices, we recommend the use of the nylon sheet specification. As it is a specialized product, please place an order through S-LABO made of stainless steel (SUS) or TORR regulators.
