Features

• While being capable of supply at pressures of 0.5MPa or higher (up to a maximum of 0.7MPa), it is now available in a stainless steel version for the eagerly awaited middle-pressure semi-automatic switching, which is not subject to ‘high-pressure gas manufacturing equipment.
• We have adopted a newly designed low-pressure loss specification for the two-stage side pressure reduction valve. It achieves a flow rate of 150 to 250 L/min (the usable flow rate may vary depending on the P3 set pressure).
• We offer two types: Manifold type (M) and Panel type (P).
• The purity maintenance performance has been improved by covering the diaphragm of the switching side pressure reduction valve with Teflon.
• We provide various options, including stainless steel contact pressure gauges with contacts and alarm panel alarms.

• An automatic switching device is considered as high-pressure gas manufacturing equipment when the pressure (intermediate pressure) between the switching pressure reducing valve and the two-stage pressure reducing valve exceeds 1.0MPa.
• Usually, when the supply pressure is 0.5MPa or higher, the intermediate pressure exceeds 1.0MPa. However, PC150S-MP has achieved a switching pressure setting that does not exceed 1.0MPa through the optimization of internal components.
• By adopting PC150S-MP, it becomes easy to supply gas at 0.5-0.7MPa, which previously required procedures as high-pressure gas manufacturing equipment.
