Extendable bracket for scaffolding walk board

Features
You can adjust the length.
You can use the grip hardware (clamp) for both frame scaffolding and pipe scaffolding, as it is compatible with both φ 42.7 and φ 48.6 pipes.
To install a handrail pole, you can use a detachable bracket clamp.

Allowable load
● When you use the bracket for auxiliary scaffolding for frame scaffolding (or pipe scaffolding), the bracket can bear up to 2.45kN (250kgf) per board.
● When you use the bracket for single-row scaffolding, you should not exceed L of 600mm, and the scaffolding height should not exceed 15m. The bracket can bear up to 1.47kN (150kgf) per span per layer.

Cautions
● Do NOT install more than one Slide Bracket between wall-ties. (See above figure).
● Tighten the bracket clamp with a tightening torque of 3.43~4.41kN・cm (350~450kgf・cm). (Do not overtighten the clamp or the bolt will be damaged. Also, be careful not to forget to tighten the clamp.)
● For frame scaffolding, the best location to install brackets is where frame braces are.
● For both frame scaffolding and pipe scaffolding, the best location to install the bracket is the closest part to the Wall-Tie.
● Be sure to use the product within the allowable load
