Features
1. Significant reduction in power consumption
By changing the ion-exchange resin filling method inside the EDI, we succeeded in reducing power consumption by 60% compared to our conventional products.
2. High carbon tolerance
D2EDI has a higher carbonic acid resistance than other companies’ products due to our original D2 structure (patent No. 3385553, 4481418). Improvements have made it possible to handle raw water with even higher carbonic acid concentrations.
3. High hardness resistance
Reduce the risk of scale generation by implementing measures against hardness scale in the concentration chamber. It is now possible to significantly reduce the frequency of chemical cleaning
4. Boron/silica high removal performance
Achieves a high removal rate of silica and boron, which are difficult to remove, with our proprietary technology. Achieved 99.9% removal of silica and 99% removal of boron.
