Organo has developed its own NMP (N-methylpyrrolidone) purification and recycling equipment using the membrane separation method.

NMP solvent, which is used in large amounts when manufacturing cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries, can be purified and processed to a quality that can be reused more efficiently and inexpensively than conventional equipment (distillation equipment).

Recycling of NMP contributes to environmental conservation as well as economic effects.
