Highly stable UF membrane
・Uses a UF membrane with a small separation pore size of 0.01 μm.
・By using a PVDF membrane with excellent physical and chemical strength, the membrane is less likely to be damaged or deteriorated, resulting in a long service life.
System capable of handling high turbidity and chromaticity
・The hydrophilized PVDF membrane is resistant to contamination.
・Because of the external pressure water flow system, strong physical cleaning combined with air scrubbing can be performed, and stable operation is possible even when the turbidity is high.
・When dealing with high turbidity (500-600 degrees) and high chromaticity, water quality can be improved with a simple treatment system by injecting a coagulant in the previous stage.
Low cost, space saving
・Cost reduction and space saving have been achieved through the development of large membrane modules and highly integrated units.
