Showa Kikai Shoji JCM-6000 Benchtop Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)

Manufacturer: Showa Kikai Shoji
Model: JCM-6000
Overview
This equipment is used to investigate the cause of damage to chains and fittings. Hypotheses derived from macrofracture analysis, observed through the naked eye or a magnifying glass, are verified by using a scanning electron microscope, which allows for microfracture observation at the nanometer level.
Additionally, it is possible to analyze the types and content of elements present in the sample using EDS (Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy).
Features
Fracture surface analysis
Elemental analysis using EDS (Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy)
