Features of SVC0.5L-5L

This vertical lifting clamp, designed for lifting steel plates and structures, comes with remote control capabilities and release mechanisms.
Moreover, its spring-loaded lock mechanism ensures a strong initial grip, even when there’s no load.
And if you need to unlock the clamp from a high spot, the remote control lever and rope have got you covered.
You can simply pull the rope from the ground to release the clamp.
Additionally, as the weight of your load grows, the clamping force intensifies to match it.
Furthermore, we’ve enhanced the cam’s resilience by treating it with high-frequency quenching on die-forged special alloy steels, ensuring it stands the test of time.

Tightening Lock Mechanism:

Tightening:

The clamp will lock onto the workpiece when the lock lever is pulled completely upwards as shown in the drawing.
When locked, the shock from the workpiece coming to rest on the floor or the slackening of the sling rope will not cause to clamp loose from the workpiece.

Releasing:

The clamp will unlock and the cam will retreat into the body when the lock handle is pulled completely downwards as shown in the drawing.
When the clamp is high out of reach, the clamp can be unlocked via the remote control unlocking lever and rope.
