Features

Two panels are joined together without using bolts or nuts.
One-touch joining by simply inserting.
Significantly reduces the time required for joining. Manpower can also be reduced.
There is no variation in assembly quality depending on the worker.
By using the dedicated removal tool with hook, C-584-8P-KG-AT, it can be easily removed from the front side.
A simple type, C-584-8P-KG, is also available.
 The mounting holes are round and can be drilled easily.

Purpose

Fixing internal equipment such as cubicles, distribution boards, and control equipment

Remarks

●After installation, please make sure that it is securely fixed.

●By adding a separate spacer (0.8mm thick), it is also possible to join a combination of 2.3mm + 2.3mm thick panels.

●By making the panel cutout on the clamping flange side (front side) larger (φ8.5), it becomes possible to install easily even if the pitch is slightly off.
