This is a simplified VMC-15 system that limits the number of usable sensors to three. The EcoPack EMC guarantees quality during the drying process and optimizes energy consumption. Its modular system, which measures and controls residual moisture, product surface temperature, set time, and exhaust humidity, allows for flexible adaptation to the latest drying processes.

Surface temperature thermoset OMT

The system uses an infrared radiation thermometer (pyrometer). Specifically, a high-temperature resistant pyrometer continuously measures the web surface temperature without contact at the dryer outlet to manage residual moisture.

Heat setting time Perm setting VMT

An infrared radiation thermometer (pyrometer) measures the surface temperature of the moving web without contact. This enables the system to control the time the web remains in the dryer after reaching the set temperature.

Residual moisture content (RMS)

This is an electrical resistance measurement method. The electrodes used to measure electrical resistance determine the residual moisture content at the dryer outlet.

Exhaust Humidity Eco Mat AML

A water vapor measurement sensor is used. Ecomat AML monitors the exhaust humidity to maintain appropriate levels by controlling the exhaust fan speed or exhaust damper, and adjusts thermal energy consumption to match actual demand.
