This is the world’s first original combination system that uses both feedforward and feedback control. Engineers devised this concept to handle the processing of high-end products with significant changes in fabric weave distortion. The system controls the feedforward and feedback straightening rolls independently of each other, allowing for high-speed tracking of distortions that fluctuate greatly over short distances, and correcting residual distortion to within strict tolerances.
