Conduction test before electric work

* Neon tube integrated into the grip end. When contacting the current-carrying point, the neon tube lights and continuity test can be conducted.
* Resin chuck enables to replace the blades. Lightweight resin grip, with a transparent end-cap at the grip edge.
* Replacement blade includes also a small diameter type socket suitable for small screws.
