● Independently distributed direct-motion lubrication system.

Unlike other electronic lubricators, there is no need for a common hydraulic pump system.

● Performs timing lubrication with built-in control function.

By receiving the control signal and electrically driving the oil delivery plunger at high speed, it is possible to perform pinpoint lubrication at high speed and with high efficiency.

Features

• Cheap (as a system)
  Does not require a hydraulic pump system like other electronic lubrication systems.
  As with conventional systems, it is supplied from the head tank, and there is no system license fee.
• Long life:
  There is no mechanical shock and no delicate solenoid valves are used, resulting in a long life. (over 100 million cycles)
• Energy saving and space saving
  A control circuit is built into each lubricator and outputs the lubricating timing and failure status externally. In addition, energy usage efficiency is extremely high as it only consumes electricity for the moment of lubrication. (Approx. 20W at 180cpm) No hydraulic pump unit required, saving energy and space.
• High speed:
  Can be driven at a maximum of 180 times/min. (Net discharge time 2~3msec)

EDL System Configuration/Control

One or two EDL pumps are installed for each cylinder, and the EDL pumps are connected to multiple oiling rods, and oil is supplied from the head tank to the oil supply port of each EDL pump.

A common power supply unit is built into the control panel, and the power supply and input/output signals are connected from the control panel to each EDL pump connector using a multi-core cable.

In addition to the control power supply, each EDL pump has one input and two outputs, and performs two-way communication with the control device through handshaking.
