Purpose

Sprinkler, water spray, and foam fire extinguishing systems primarily use the YAVS-II wet-type water flow detection valve, a device meeting the Fire Service Act’s (Article 21-2, Paragraph 2) technical standards. Pressurized water or foam solution constantly fills both the primary side (inlet) and secondary side (outlet). Opening a closed sprinkler or release valve drops the secondary-side pressure, instantly opening the main valve body. This action allows the pressurized fluid to flow outward, prompting the device to automatically detect the internal water flow and trigger an alarm.
