By using pin gauges, we can deliver products at low cost and in a short delivery time.
It is a replaceable type, so it is economical.
We can stably supply high-precision gauges with an outer diameter tolerance of ±0.3μm.
Also, by installing a gauge with a long length, it is possible to measure deep holes.
H7 plug gauges are standardized from 1mm to 15mm in 1mm increments. Also, the gauge on the go side, which is prone to wear , can be
replaced with a material with excellent wear resistance, such as ceramics or cemented carbide .
