By using external pilot-type valves, the 112 and 182 series delivers versatile performance for both 2-port and 3-port applications. Moreover, these valves provide multiple functions while maintaining excellent efficiency in a compact body.

For positive pressure applications, the 112E1 and 182E1 models ensure stable switching from low to high pressure (0 to 0.7 MPa / 0 to 102 psi). Additionally, because they impose no restrictions on connection port locations or flow direction, they operate flexibly as 2-port or 3-port valves for both normally closed and normally open configurations. As a result, they also work effectively as selector valves or divider valves.

For vacuum applications, the 112E1 and V182E1 models function with the same flexibility. Furthermore, they allow unrestricted connection port locations and flow direction for both normally closed and normally open types. Since this design supports both vacuum and positive pressure environments, it can also serve reliably as a vacuum-breaking valve.
