This high flow-rate valve delivers optimum performance with an effective area of 60 mm² (Cv 3.33), ensuring powerful airflow for cylinder operations ranging from 100 mm (3.937 in.) to 180 mm (7.087 in.) in bore size. Additionally, we have expanded our product range to support these larger air cylinders, enabling more versatility across demanding applications. The manifold also uses a user-friendly base-stacking design, and this structure allows operators to increase or replace units quickly and efficiently.
Furthermore, the system supports every combination of mounting configurations, and it works seamlessly with both solenoid valves and air-piloted valves. As a result, engineers can adapt the setup to various equipment layouts, and they can optimize performance without redesigning existing systems.
