• Heater that can be used at high temperatures This heater can be used up to 350°C on a regular basis because the insulation material that holds the heating wire is made of flame retardant silicone rubber developed by our company.
  Depending on the environment in which it is used, it can be used up to 400°C, which is not possible with conventional silicone rubber heaters.
• Fast temperature rise response Due to the small heat capacity of the insulator (silicone rubber), the heater has a fast temperature response of the heated object (workpiece).
  Uniform temperature distribution: The foil-shaped heating wires are evenly distributed on the heater surface, and the heating area occupies a larger part of the heater surface area compared to the wire heating wire type, resulting in less uneven heating and high thermal efficiency. In addition, the heating wire pattern has a high degree of design freedom, and it is possible to achieve even more precise temperature distribution by adding partial coarseness.
  The connection between the environmentally friendly: leads and the terminals is not soldered, but lead-free, making this an environmentally friendly ecological heater.
