Features

Aluminum nitride substrate with high thermal conductivity Aluminum nitride is a material with low thermal expansion and high temperature resistance, long service life, and excellent high-temperature thermal conductivity.
Rapid heating and rapid cooling are realized by adopting a high thermal conductivity aluminum nitride substrate. In addition, it is possible to design with a high W density that takes advantage of the material characteristics with a low coefficient of thermal expansion, so it can be operated in a temperature cycle of rapid temperature rise (150°C/sec) and rapid cooling.
It has excellent electrical properties, insulation properties at high temperatures, and withstand voltage properties.
Built-in thermocouple structure The thermocouple (K type) built into the heater provides excellent temperature sensing characteristics, which favors the sensor’s responsiveness to rapid temperature rise and fall.
DC (direct current voltage) also compatible It can handle both AC (alternating current) and DC (direct current) voltages.
