Equipped with a color linear image sensor, it detects the position of line marks and boundaries printed on the web through image processing. It is used in combination with the G-series controller and drive unit to control the meandering of the web.

By loosening the screws on the back and removing the cover, you can change the direction of cable exit (4 on the side, 1 on the back).

Features

It follows line marks and edges without being affected by nearby patterns or text.
By recognizing the color, brightness, and width of the line mark, the system reliably tracks the target.
Teaching the target system to be tracked can be easily done via the touch panel.
You can use it with peace of mind because you can check the tracking status on the screen.
The console can also be used as a remote control for the LPC, allowing for switching between operating modes and manual operation of actuators.
