Float Separator

• Magnetic repulsion separates stacked steel plates one sheet at a time during press and shearing operations.
• It can also separate steel sheets at the pickup point of automatic steel-sheet feeding lines.
• It can handle press-formed semi-finished products, disc-shaped steel plates, and irregularly shaped steel plates.

About the Separation Distance

The table below shows the approximate distance that the top steel sheet rises above the second sheet.
Please note that the values shown below come from our internal testing and may vary depending on the actual operating conditions.
In addition, if the steel sheets are warped or have oil on their surfaces, the separation distance may become shorter.
