N₂ Gas generators

The nitrogen gas generator supplies high-purity nitrogen gas (95 to 99.999%) by extracting nitrogen gas from the air. As compared with methods using cylinders or liquid nitrogen, this product, which enables users to obtain nitrogen gas onsite, can save the cost and effort of management and operation, and reduce CO₂ emissions associated with transportation.
Mini-CUBE Series (MNTS)
MNTS is a nitorogen gas generator. It can select the 95 to 99.999% of purity.The maximum discharge pressure is 0.5MPa.
The Mini-CUBE series, which was developed for small volume use, offers 99 to 99.999% purity and its ultra-small body can be placed on a desk top. A DC inverter compressor has also been used, allowing energy-saving functions as a standard feature. This series also features a new design in harmony with peripheral equipment, making it optimal incidental equipment for analysis and culture devices, as well as soldering devices.

*2 Values obtained under environmental conditions of 20°C surrounding temperature and 60% relative humidity (RH) are converted for atmospheric pressure at 0°C. The amount of gas that can be produced may decrease depending on the surrounding temperature and humidity.

*4 Actual measurement values at 1 m in front of the device and 1 m above the ground in a semi-anechoic chamber.
*5 Internal densitometer indicated values were used as a guide for the 99.999% specification. When precision is required, a high-performance densitometer can be fitted as an option.
