The cordless vibrator C series are powered by a large-capacity 18 V, 4 Ah lithium-ion cell.
Lithium-ion cells are large-capacity batteries higher in voltage, higher in energy density, and larger in capacity than nickel-cadmium cells and nickel hydrogen cells
Moreover, these cells discharge less of its energy and can be recharged before they become low.

One advantage of cordless vibrators is that they need no power cords; while using them, you do not have to mind how long the cord is or where the outlet is.
You will therefore no longer be bothered by interfering cords on worksites far away from commercial power or in cramped areas.

Electrode types: C25DS, C28D, C28DL
These models are suited for worksites with many rebars in them and allow workers to insert the unit vertically into a target point in a deep layer of soil and then pour concrete in there. They therefore ensure a highly strong finish of concrete.
Model values represent the outer diameters of the vibrators.

Flexible type: C28F (0.6 m)
The flexible vibrator has its vibrating unit extended with flexible hose to transmit revolution through its flexible shaft.
You can use the unit not only at the worker’s feet but in a wide range thanks to 0.6 meters of flexible hose.
Connected by a rubber flexible hose, the unit can be used in places where the hose may bend somewhat during concreting.
Wall-concreting types: CKCA and CPS
This vibrator is used in concreting and surface finish by transmitting vibration from outside a mold.
Able to move flexibly in cramped corners and with higher work efficiency, the unit is best suited for worksites on a poorly-conditioned ground.
The CKCA is a type that is pressed against a mold, vibrating it from outside.
The CPS is a type to be inserted into a single cylinder pipe or mold retainer.

A large-capacity 18 V, 4 Ah lithium-ion cell is used to increase vibration about 20% from that of earlier models of the CV series (nickel-cadmium 14.4 V).
With vibration increased, the unit can be used comfortably on worksites that need higher vibration than they obtained before.

Spare batteries were popular in our earlier models. The present model therefore comes with one spare cell with a charger. Housed in a carrying case, the unit is best suited for carrying around and storage on worksites.

Cordless vibrators are user-friendly and best suited for pouring concrete in residential foundations.
Reinforced concrete foundations can be handled with a flexible type C28F, and riser foundations with many rebars in them are managed with electrode type C28D, C28L, or other, to realize strong concrete foundations.
Concreting in test pieces on worksites can be conveniently conducted by long C25DSs.

For electrode types and wall-concreting types, their four bolts can be removed from the motor on the rubber damper flange before replacement.
The vibrating body can be replaced. If any part of the product becomes worn, it can be easily replaced.
The motor type is common to all models of cordless vibrators.

For flexible types, you have only to loosen their hose gland (the right screw) before you can easily replace the vibrator assembly.

Electrode types and wall-concreting types with rubber flanges in them are equipped with excellent vibration protection performance, which makes these vibrators easy on your hands.

Best suited for backfilling sand and gravel in burying city water and drainage pipes and burying communications cable conduits on worksites without commercial power.
