3. “The cylinder’s air consumption remains minimal when stopped, owing to the use of a precision spool, which ranges from 8 to 14 L/min [ANR] at a supply pressure of 0.5 MPa.
4. Additionally, the built-in special filter with a 2-micrometre filtration grade at the piping port for operating pressure prevents foreign particles from entering the valve and cylinder portions.
