This equipment is for measurement of worm gear Axis interval distance, lead (torsional Angle), and height under a condition where the worm and worm wheel is geared.
The detector uses a dial gauge, making it very easy to use in the work place. (Optionally, other detector can be supported)
Using the Master arbor &Master brain, after sero setting the Axis interval angle (Parallel), and height, set the master gear. Axis interval distance, lead (torsional Angle) and height are loaded.
It is multi-functional while remaining compact, so it can also be used with the machining condition set in the machining equipment side.
