Overview

The carbon dioxide vaporizer is a device that uses an electric heater as a heat source to forcibly vaporize liquefied carbon dioxide through hot water and provide a stable supply.
In addition to the electric heater type, there are steam blowing type and hot water circulation type.
Main applications include soft drink manufacturing, beer manufacturing, carbon dioxide welding, foundry manufacturing, chemical industry, cleaning, neutralization, etc.

Feature

1. Uses an electronic temperature control device
The electronic temperature control device dedicated to the vaporizer enables stable and accurate temperature control.
2. Equipped with a low water level alarm device as standard
When the water level of hot water drops, an alarm is sent and the heater circuit is cut off to prevent the heater from drying out.
3. Certified products are used for high-pressure parts (except for CVR-25 type)
Evaporation part (coil tube) is certified by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry or inspected for specific facilities.
Valves, strainers and pressure regulators are certified.
In addition, we can also install other attached piping with piping certification, so please specify when ordering.
