・TFB-XL is a bandsaw type of cutting machine which improves the dimension precision without deforming material surfaces.
・TFB-XL is capable of mass production of cutting 9 pieces of D51 at a time, large rebar, and material grade over SD490. (Yield Point: 490-625N/mm2, Tensile Strength≧620N/mm2)
・Dimensions and cutting optimization can be easily set on the user-friendly touch screen.
・TFB-XL improves the workability of pressure welding and it is capable of threaded rebar cutting.
・Bandsaw width is 600mm, which enables you to cut 9 pieces of Ｄ25 at at time.
・2 types of conveyor length are available; 12m(Feed-out side)x 12m (Feed-in side), 13mx 13m.
・Remote control for start cutting is optional.
・Number counter device is optional.”
