Features
- To accommodate highly corrosive gases, Monel is used as the main body material.
- To reduce external leakage and maintain purity, SUS316L metal diaphragms are used.
- Produced in a Class 10,000 clean room for purity maintenance (except for brass).
- To maintain purity, fluorine-based grease suitable for use under vacuum conditions is used in the valve.
- To prevent backflow, a filter is built into the inlet side.

Attention
- “PV” stands for purge valve (optional), and “NV” stands for needle valve.
- When the outlet fitting is M16×1.5, it comes with a nut and hose (two types: 1/4″ pipe shape and JIS2 shape).
- The material of the inlet and outlet fittings, as well as the material of the pressure gauge bourdon tube, is generally the same as the body material. However, the “Swagelok fittings” and “VCR fittings” mentioned in this catalog are made of stainless steel regardless of the body material.
- When the secondary side pressure is used at 1.0 MPa or higher, it falls under the high-pressure gas manufacturing equipment. Please comply with the High-Pressure Gas Safety Law.
- The discharge valve attached to the pressure regulator is for product protection and is not the safety valve as stipulated by the High-Pressure Gas Safety Law. Install a safety valve as required by the High-Pressure Gas Safety Law separately.

Purge valve
Purge residual gases in pressure regulators and piping after the use of toxic or corrosive gases.
This ensures safety during container replacement. Assembly and cleaning take place inside a cleanroom, ensuring excellent gas purity maintenance. Helium leak testing is also available as an optional feature.

B1, S1
This model is designed for primary high-pressure use and is the most standard regulator in the S-LABO lineup. It is not only used for direct cylinder connections but also for integration into high-purity gas panels and manifolds.
B2, S2
Thanks to its two-stage pressure reduction structure, there is minimal variation in secondary pressure even when the primary pressure changes. This regulator is also ideal for supplying small flow rates of 0.2L/min or less.
BL, SL
This regulator is optimized for use with low-pressure on the primary side. It is ideal for attaching to gas cylinders with low filling pressure or vapor pressure and for integration into outlet panels.

It’s a small, lightweight regulator weighing just 650g or less. Its compact size also allows for minimal dead space, optimizing space efficiency.
