SANARC SUPER DRYTUBE is a shielded gas hose developed for MIG welding and TIG welding. With conventional rubber hoses, atmospheric moisture easily adheres to the inner surface of the hose and is difficult to release, so the moisture concentration increases while the shielding gas passes through the rubber hose, causing welding defects such as blowholes.

Features

  • You can release moisture from the hose with a gas purge of only a short time (about 3 minutes).
  • It demonstrates outstanding performance in aluminum welding and reduces the occurrence of blowholes due to moisture influence.
  • It is lightweight compared to conventional rubber hoses (40% lighter for a 20m comparison).
  • Despite being a lightweight hose, it has enhanced water-repellent properties due to the use of special resin inside the hose.
