Overview

Carbon dioxide gas vaporizers use an electric heater as a heat source to force vaporization of liquefied carbon dioxide gas via hot water to provide a stable supply.
In addition to the electric heater type, steam blowing type and hot water circulation type are also available.
The main applications include soft drink production, beer production, carbon dioxide welding, foundry production, chemical industry, cleaning, neutralization, etc.

Feature

1. Electronic temperature controller. Stable and accurate temperature control is possible with an electronic temperature controller specially designed for vaporizers.
2. Low water level alarm device as standard equipment.When the hot water level drops, an alarm is sent out and the heater circuit is shut off to prevent the heater from burning out.
3. High-pressure parts are made of certified products (except for CVR-25). The evaporation part (snake pipe) is certified by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry or inspected by the specified equipment inspection. Valves, strainers, and pressure regulators are certified products. Other accessory piping can also be installed with piping certification, so please specify at the time of order.
