This equipment is a gas control device for supplying high-pressure airtightness test and brazing back shielding gas.
A high-pressure nitrogen cylinder is used as the nitrogen gas source, and is connected to the inlet side of the unit with a high-pressure flexible hose.
Nitrogen gas at high pressure supplied from a cylinder can be supplied to the required airtightness test pressure by operating the pressure adjustment handle while watching the pressure gauge to reduce the pressure and opening the outlet valve.
Back shield gas can be supplied by reducing the high pressure to the hermeticity test pressure to 0.3 MPa using the built-in secondary pressure regulator, and then checking and supplying the specified flow rate by adjusting the opening degree of the outlet valve.
