General Information
This reel is equipped with a motor as the driving force. This product supports high-speed winding, continuous operation, and frequent operation, as well as large diameter and long cables. Motor-controlled synchronization with the motion of the moving object maintains the ideal cable tension.

1.Torque Motor Type Cable Reel
- This reel uses a torque motor as its driving force to wind up the cable. It leverages the benefits of having a large starting torque and the suspension characteristics of torque motors, making it suitable for long-stroke, high-speed winding, and heavy-duty applications.
It is also suitable for vertical lift and horizontal retrieve. Common applications include supplying electricity to various types of large cranes, high lift buckets, and aerial work platforms.

2.Inverter Control Type Cable Reel
- This reel has a motor with a vector-control inverter that serves as the driving force to wind up the cable. It features high operational efficiency, energy efficiency, and a long cable lifetime.
This type supports applications from small to large sizes, and enables high-speed and high-frequency operations.
It is suitable for horizontal retrieve with large cranes and carts.

3.Servo Motor Type Cable Reel
A servo motor serves as the driving force to wind up the cable on this reel. It delivers even higher operational efficiency, better energy efficiency, and a longer cable lifetime compared with the inverter control type. Adding a unique minimum tension control to the torque control function of the servo, it performs automatic control to achieve minimum and optimum winding force.
This technology prevents damage to cables and also reduces annual electricity consumption by 97% compared to the torque motor type (based on Endo testing).
It is suitable for vertical lift with large cranes.
4.Contorq Motor Type Cable Reel
This reel uses a totally enclosed fan cooled motor and an oil immersion slip unit as its driving force. Additionally, it has resistance to the entry of dust or rainwater.
It is suitable for providing electricity to ship-to-shore cranes, stirring devices, and carts used in steel mills.
This product supports various types of winding methods, but cannot be operated in inverted or lateral installations.

5.Geared Motor Type Cable Reel
Design this reel for indoor use to lift and store pendant switches or other objects.
It comes equipped with a geared motor as the driving force and a built-in limit switch that stops the motor at two limiting points for wind-up and pull-out.
- 6.Hydraulic Motor Type Cable Reel
This reel winds up and pulls out a cable using forward and backward rotations of its hydraulic motor.
Compared with electric reels, its motor is compact and powerful.
This product is resistant to the entry of dust or water and is suitable for large diameter cables (22 to 60 mm2) and long stroke winding. It is commonly utilized for tunnel excavators and concrete spraying carts.
