Application

Features

Various kinds of workpieces such as relatively small ones with a small attractive area and concave workpieces can be chucked.

Adding a construction dedicated to demagnetization enhances the chuck’s performance in releasing a workpiece when turned off.

The chucks can also easily release such steels as hardened steel and special steel with large residual magnetism.

The system applies electricity only momentarily during the mounting and dismounting of a workpiece, thereby minimizing internal heat generation and contributing to energy saving.

The chucks can be used in wet environments and have high waterproof performance.

An environment-friendly resin-bonded face plate is used.
