What are slope and furnace spraying construction materials?
Hoses, nozzles, couplings (fittings), ropes, and safety products used for slope and furnace spraying work. In addition, we handle all hoses and construction materials such as resin hoses, hydraulic and high-pressure hoses.
Cerahose / Cerabend Hose
This hose bend has the highest abrasion resistance by embedding ceramic grains inside the wear-resistant rubber hose.
Sera Hose
It is made by firmly vulcanizing bonding granular ceramics (alumina-based) in a dense row on the inner rubber layer of the hose. Since the ceramics are granular, they have the same flexibility as rubber hoses, and the ceramics embedded in the inner rubber layer exhibit abrasion resistance.
Usage results
- ・ For Mr./Ms. / shot blasting (base treatment of paint surfaces for bridges, ships, etc.)
- ・ For airborne piping in factories (straight pipes and curved pipes)
- ・ Coke blowing into blast furnaces/electric furnaces
- ・ For spraying repair furnace materials in blast furnaces and electric furnaces
