Gas Generators

We provide products for generating various gases from the air and water around us, such as nitrogen gas, oxygen gas, ozone gas, clean dry air and hydrogen gas generators.

N₂ Gas generators

The nitrogen gas generator supplies high-purity nitrogen gas (95 to 99.999%) by extracting nitrogen gas from the air. As compared with methods using cylinders or liquid nitrogen, this product, which enables users to obtain nitrogen gas onsite, can save the cost and effort of management and operation, and reduce CO₂ emissions associated with transportation.

It is possible to genetrate the gas easily by supplying the existing plant air.

Specifications

*1 N2 purity is N2 (nitrogen) + Ar (argon) levels.

*2 Values obtained under environmental conditions of 20°C surrounding temperature and 60% relative humidity (RH) are converted for atmospheric pressure at 0°C. The amount of gas that can be produced may decrease due to surrounding temperature and humidity.

*3 The dew point is atmospheric dew point after stabilization.

*4 Actual measurement values at 1 m in front of the device, at 1 m above the ground, in a semi-anechoic chamber.

*5 Internal densitometer indicated values were used as a guide for the 99.999% specification. When precision is required, a high-performance densitometer can be fitted as an option.

*6 The values within brackets show W type specifications.

*7 When intake temperature is high, equipment performance decreases. There is also a danger that this could lead to an accelerated maintenance cycle.
